How long does setup take?
Your gallery is ready in minutes. Once you complete your order, we'll set up your personalized event gallery and send you the QR code to display at your event.
What happens after my access period ends?
Your gallery access ends after 14 or 30 days depending on your plan. Files are stored for up to 30 days total. You can extend access manually for $19/month on Extended and Premium plans.
How does content moderation work?
All plans include password-based content removal. You can quickly delete any unwanted photos or videos using your password access—simple and effective control.
Can I download all the files at once?
Yes. All plans include the ability to download your entire gallery as a single archive, or save files directly to your own storage during your access period.
What if I need design changes?
Each plan includes a standard gallery setup. If you need additional design customization beyond what's included, design changes are available for $19.
