MEMORIA Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Memoria service, including the website, landing pages, and any related functionality.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Description of the Service
Memoria provides tools for event hosts to create galleries, collect photos and videos via QR codes, and manage uploaded content.
Guests are not required to register accounts to upload content.
5. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and lawful information.
- You will not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
- You will comply with all applicable laws.
6. User Content and Rights
Users retain ownership of photos and videos they upload. By uploading, you grant Memoria a non-exclusive license to use that content for providing the Service.
7. Payments and Fees
Certain features of the Service may require payment. All pricing is displayed before purchase.
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Memoria does not store full payment card data.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Memoria complies with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
9. Data Retention
Data is stored only as long as necessary for the Service and legal requirements. Retention may be up to 5 years, unless otherwise required.
10. Intellectual Property
The Memoria platform and its design remain the property of the Service Provider and its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without consent.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service unlawfully or attempt unauthorized access. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Memoria is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Termination
Memoria may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Termination does not affect accrued rights.
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated due to legal or operational changes. The latest version is always available on the website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine with application of EU consumer protection law where relevant.
